When and where is ZARECon 2026 taking place?

ZARECon 2026 will be held from March 25-27, 2026 at the Intercontinental Hotel in Lusaka, Zambia.

The conference will run daily from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with registration opening at 7:30 AM each day.

How can I submit a paper or abstract for presentation?

Paper submissions can be made through the following methods:

What are the registration fees and payment methods?

Registration fees vary based on participant category:

Early Bird (until Feb 15): $200
Regular Registration: $250
Students: $100 (with valid ID)
Exhibitors: $500 per booth

Payment Methods: Bank transfer, mobile money, and credit card payments are accepted. Payment details will be provided upon registration.

Are there sponsorship or exhibition opportunities available?

Yes! ZARECon 2026 offers several sponsorship and exhibition packages:

Platinum Sponsorship: $5,000 (Prime visibility, speaking slot, 4 delegates)
Gold Sponsorship: $3,000 (High visibility, 3 delegates)
Silver Sponsorship: $1,500 (Medium visibility, 2 delegates)
Exhibition Booth: $500 (Standard 3x3m booth)

We have secured special rates at several hotels near the Intercontinental Hotel:

Intercontinental Hotel: $150/night (Conference venue)
Protea Hotel Lusaka: $120/night (5 minutes walk)
Radisson Blu Lusaka: $130/night (10 minutes drive)
Pamodzi Hotel Lusaka: $100/night (15 minutes drive)

Will presentations be recorded or available online after the conference?

Yes, ZARECon 2026 will provide:

Conference Proceedings: All accepted papers will be published in digital proceedings
Presentation Recordings: Selected keynote sessions will be recorded and made available to registered participants
Post-Conference Materials: Presentation slides (with permission) will be shared with attendees
Networking Access: Registered participants will have access to our networking platform for 6 months post-conference

Note: Not all sessions may be recorded due to presenter preferences.
